I met Norley Cervantes in the summer of 20014. This is where I shared with him that I wanted to lose 40 pounds by Christmas. He said that I needed a goal as the weight will come off so; he gave me a goal of running a 5K. I laughed as a fat girl weighing in at 180 I was no runner. I was the one who was always picked last in elementary school. I skipped field days. I had absolutely NO confidence that I could even run a mile. Norley gave me confidence that with his help one day I could run a 5K. He said that he would run it with me. It was a deal! Needless to say he came up to me in the fall of 2014 and I still had not run that 5K. He said, “I want you to run a Spartan Race with me”. I looked up the videos on youtube and said, “What happens if I fall down by one of the Gladiators”. He said, “You get back up and run”. I said, “Well if you think I can do this then I will”. In February 14, 2015 I ran my first ever race and a Spartan Race at that. It was 4 miles with 24 obstacles. We had a team of 5 people. All of us with different strengths and weaknesses but we were all determined to leave no man or woman behind and win together. I learned something that day; it’s not about being the fittest person. It’s about having the dedication and motivation to push yourself forward to the finish line. I would have never done that race if I had not been challenged by the best trainer out there. I have lost 40 pounds with the help of the Norley. I was also given confidence that I didn’t know that I had inside of me. Norley is not only my trainer but he has become my friend. His philosophy is to have a fit body not a skinny body. I can honestly say that he has awakened a part of me that I didn’t know that I had. I am ready to do more races and have an impact in my world the way he has impacted my life. Thank you Norley Cervantes!
I completely recommend Norley Cervantes as a personal trainer to anyone. Norley trained my my husband and I for over two years. We are both medical professionals and had high expectations on what we expected from a trainer. In those two years, Norley showed himself to be a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. He was always prompt even to our 5 am workouts, had a positive attitude and changed up the work out to make it interesting every time .
He focused on our goals and guided us toward them, helping us not only lose weight but to become stronger, fitter and healthier than we have been in years. He was able to push us to maximum performance, always keeping our injuries in mind and working to strengthen them without aggravating them.
I can honestly say that I recommend Norley Cervantes as a personal trainer without any reservations.

About 7 months ago I realized I needed to return to weight training, I had mistakenly thought cardio was enough and stopped using weights for 2 years, consequently I lost strength. so I joined a gym and met Norley. He encouraged, pushed, advised, answered questions about proper nutrition, he is the perfect trainer, working with him I have regained strength and stability, it is a lifetime commitment. Norley is an excellent trainer who treats each client with an understanding of their individual goals, he is an asset to any organization, he is also a great guy, I shall miss his smiling face

Norley has inspired me to live a healthier lifestyle. He pushes me farther than I could have thought. I have done things with Norley's help that I have not tried on my own. For example, he encouraged me to start running. I am running a mile at a time, at a slow pace, but running nonetheless. My time is decreasing with each run. I really have fun in Norley's training. Work but fun! I am thankful for Norley's knowledge and patience with me!
